If delivery is delayed for any reason (such as failed delivery, no one at home, courier issues, traffic problems, etc.) and this results in the items thawing, our company will not be held responsible and no refunds will be provided.

Please note that frozen products may thaw during transportation. Kindly consider this carefully before making a purchase. We do not recommend consuming products that have already thawed.
